Terms of service
1. Provision of Services
All services are provided by appropriately qualified and regulated physiotherapists in accordance with current professional standards.
A standard physiotherapy appointment includes assessment and treatment for one body area or condition only, unless expressly agreed in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is deemed clinically inappropriate, unsafe, or outside our professional scope of practice.
2. Medical Information & Disclosure
Patients must provide full, accurate, and up-to-date medical information relevant to their treatment.
The Clinic shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or adverse outcome arising from failure to disclose relevant medical information or from inaccurate information provided by the patient.
3. Consent & Clinical Risk
Informed consent will be obtained prior to assessment and treatment.
Physiotherapy, while evidence-based and generally safe, carries inherent risks including but not limited to temporary soreness, symptom aggravation, bruising, or adverse reaction to treatment techniques such as dry needling or acupuncture.
By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
4. Fees & Payment
All fees are payable at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where private medical insurance is used, it remains the patient’s sole responsibility to:
Obtain authorisation
Confirm policy limits
Settle any excess or shortfall
The Clinic reserves the right to recover outstanding balances, including reasonable administrative or recovery costs where applicable.
Fees are subject to change without prior notice, though updated pricing will be published on our website.
5. Cancellation & Non-Attendance
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or unattended without notice, may be charged at the full appointment fee.
We reserve the right to require pre-payment for future appointments following repeated late cancellations or non-attendance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be lawfully excluded under UK law.
Subject to this, the Clinic’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the provision of services shall be limited to the total fees paid for the relevant appointment or course of treatment.
The Clinic shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential loss
Loss of earnings, profit, or opportunity
Deterioration of condition where medical advice or exercise guidance has not been followed.

Additional travel or parking costs may apply and will be agreed in advance.

The Clinic operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate treatment and refuse future appointments where conduct is deemed unacceptable.
