Yes. Your first appointment includes both assessment and hands-on treatment, along with guidance and exercises to help you start improving straight away.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows us to assess the affected area. For example, shorts for knee issues or a vest/top for shoulder problems.

We treat all muscle and joint problems including back and neck pain, sports injuries, tendon problems, joint pain, headaches, and post-surgery rehabilitation.

Yes. We have off-street, safe parking available at St Bernard’s Car Park, a short walk from the clinic.

Yes. We offer a limited number of evening appointments for patients who may find it difficult to attend during standard working hours. Please check availability when booking.

Yes. At Physiotherapy Associates we have both male and female physiotherapists. If you have a preference, please let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate you or you can simply pick a therapist during your online booking.

Yes, we treat patients using private health insurance. We work with all major health insurance providers and can support you with the necessary documentation for your claim. If you plan to use insurance, we recommend contacting your provider beforehand to confirm your level of cover and whether a referral is required.
